Artsawa gallery - my first visit - Great
Nestled within the vibrancy and industry of the Al Quoz district in Dubai, stands a transformed light-soaked warehouse. Art Sawa, with its impressive roster of artists from the region, and 12,000 sq. ft of space, makes it one of the most important galleries in the region and a distinctive art platform featuring artists from the Middle East, North Africa and neighboring countries.
Wonderful and very inspiring gallery. Loved the work of Zena Assi from Lebanon se photos above.
There was also very exiting sculpures from Egyptian artist Ahmed Askalany. I loved the ones covered in basked weave...
